• Drive and execute high-quality Floorsets
• Support day-to-day merchandising and sell-through strategies




• Train and coach the Floorset team effectively
• Maintain store appearance aligned with AEO Brand Standards
• Champion a culture of recognition within the team

Requirements:
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills
• Attention to detail and excellent time management
• Versatile availability including mornings and weekends
• Previous retail experience preferred
