• Monitor daily patient arrival schedules
• Register scheduled and emergent patients efficiently
• Conduct bedside admissions for direct admits




• Ensure accuracy in demographic and insurance information
• Balance cash drawer and collect co-payments as needed

Requirements:
• High School Graduate or GED required
• 2+ years in clerical or registration roles preferred
• Solid customer service experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations
• Ability to manage patient valuables and documentation
