Job Duties Assemble heating and industrial equipment according to instructions, drawings, and specifications
Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
Perform basic electrical wiring and connections as required
Install, fasten, and connect components, parts, hoses, fittings, and other equipment
Operate various production machinery and equipment
Measure, cut, drill, fasten, and position materials as required
Inspect assembled components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
Perform basic troubleshooting and identify issues during the assembly process
Move raw materials, components, equipment, and finished products throughout the facility
Assist with loading, unloading, and positioning heavy materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
Work closely with other team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
Perform other general manufacturing and assembly duties as required
Job Requirements Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, construction, mechanical, or a similar hands-on environment is an asset
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions




Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
Basic electrical or wiring experience is an asset
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment is an asset
Successful candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check

Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
Ability to handle and move heavy materials and equipment
Repetitive hand and arm movements may be required
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Schedule & Pay Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM $19.50/hr Criminal background check required
