This role requires an empathetic individual dedicated to fostering a trauma-informed, inclusive home environment for youth aged 12-19. As a Child and Youth Support Worker, you will develop individualized service plans and enhance life skills through daily interactions. Your efforts will focus on building resilience and facilitating access to vital community resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a trauma-informed and inclusive living environment
• Promote life skills and personal hygiene to participants
• Monitor and maintain a safe home environment




• Conduct safety checks and secure hazardous materials
• Engage youth in developing their service plans

Requirements:
• Diploma in a related human/social service field
• Two years of relevant experience or equivalent education
• Current First Aid and Food Safety certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's license and reliable vehicle
