Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct resident care and medication administration
• Conduct thorough clinical care assessments and documentation




• Coordinate care conferences and participate actively
• Respond to medical emergencies with first aid
• Collaborate with team for comprehensive care plans

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
