Candidates will operate Rock Trucks, Excavators, Dozers, and Packers in heavy civil environments. This role requires at least three years of heavy equipment operation experience, particularly in civil earthworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate machinery safely in civil environments
• Perform excavation, grading, and earthmoving tasks
• Conduct daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with ground crews for site efficiency

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years heavy equipment operation
• Experience with finish grading and exact tolerances
• Strong knowledge of excavation and grading practices
• Valid driver's license and clean abstract
