Are you hands-on, a team player, and looking for a stable and rewarding job? The Production Operator position is made for you!

YOUR ROLE:
Reporting to the production supervisor, you will:

Manufacture wood components, doors and frames according to the instructions and production drawings;

Follow the work instructions and established procedures to carry out the various manufacturing steps;

Rigorously apply workplace health and safety standards;

Keep a clean, safe and well-organized work area;

Inspect manufactured parts to ensure their quality and compliance with standards;

Meet the required production times to keep the manufacturing line efficient.

DESIRED PROFILE:

Experience in a factory or production environment (an asset, but not required).

Interest in manual and mechanical work (operating machine tools, CNC, saws, sanders, etc.).

Ability to read and understand work instructions or simple drawings.

Diligence, precision and attention to detail to ensure product quality.

Good physical condition (handling parts, standing work, repetitive movements).

In-house training provided: no specific training required — we train you on our processes and equipment.
