As a Slitting Operator, you will set up and run slitting machines, cleaning and maintaining them to meet production standards. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to check materials for quality and compliance with job orders. You'll play a key role in preparing materials for shipping and ensuring consistent output.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate slitting machines with precision
• Conduct pre-run testing and adjust materials as necessary
• Clean and maintain slitting equipment daily
• Load materials and adjust settings for proper operation
• Document production accurately and maintain safety standards
Requirements:
• Over 1 year of experience in slitting and production
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to complete documentation accurately
• Flexibility for morning or evening shifts
• Valuable judgment and safety awareness
