NYWS is seeking a dedicated individual to provide educational programming for children and youth. This role requires a strong foundation in child development, experiential learning, and community resources. Candidates will tailor activities to suit diverse needs while promoting resilience and positive interactions among clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop age-appropriate educational and recreational programs
• Foster a trauma-informed and inclusive workplace
• Support caregivers in responding to children’s needs




• Facilitate engaging activities to promote social skills
• Maintain accurate program documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Child Development
• 2-3 years in child-focused programming
• Training in trauma-informed care necessary
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
