Enhance learning for students with disabilities as a Special Education Aide at Frisco ISD. This role focuses on academic support, behavior management, and personal care assistance within a specialized setting.

As a key support for the Special Education teacher, you will aid students in achieving goals laid out in their Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs). Your responsibilities will include preparing instructional materials, managing behavior, and engaging with students to foster social and academic skills. This position is vital to our Social and Interpersonal Learning (SAIL) program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing required instructional materials
• Support students with personal and physical care needs




• Help manage daily behavior and classroom dynamics
• Supervise students in various school environments
• Assist with keeping administrative records and reports

Requirements:
• GED or high school diploma; higher education preferred
• Educational Aide Certification from SBEC
• Experience working with children with disabilities
• Strong communication and flexibility skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
