This role involves collaboration with Allied Health and Nursing teams to implement evidence-based, client-centered recreational practices. You'll champion creative solutions that enhance residents' functional independence and quality of life while connecting with a beautiful northern community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging recreation activities for residents
• Collaborate closely with the interprofessional care team




• Contribute to program planning and quality improvement
• Monitor and evaluate client progress effectively
• Assist with direct and indirect client care services

Requirements:
• Diploma from an accredited rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program
• Certification in Therapeutic Recreation or equivalent
• Valid BCLS-HCP certificate
• Robust ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
