Key Responsibilities:
• Lead outreach initiatives to attract eligible program participants
• Conduct client screenings and eligibility assessments




• Build robust partnerships with community organizations
• Manage participant records and enrollment data
• Collaborate internally for successful program execution

Requirements:
• Degree or certificate in social services/sciences
• 1-2 years experience in social service environments
• Knowledge of GTA social services relevant to our mission
• Exceptional interviewing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
