As a key member of the CareRx team, you will support a group of long-term care homes and retirement communities. Your expertise in geriatrics and mental health medications will enhance patient care through accurate prescription processing. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and distributing patient prescriptions
• Ensure all prescriptions are complete and authentic
• Confirm data entry accuracy in eMAR and Kroll
• Conduct final checks for accuracy prior to prescription release
• Maintain confidentiality and contribute to a clean pharmacy environment
Requirements:
• Registered and in good standing in British Columbia
• Knowledge of KROLL systems in long-term care
• Retail or Long Term Care Pharmacy experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
