Join E4c as a Lead Youth Worker, providing trauma-informed care for youth aged 13–17. Your effort in ensuring their safety and development will make a significant impact.
In this vital role, you will support marginalized youth through individualized care, relational practice, and effective case management. Collaborate with Care Teams to promote emotional, physical, spiritual wellness, and meaningful family involvement. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care that prepares youth for a successful transition into young adulthood.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety and wellness through risk management and daily routines
• Build trusting relationships using active listening techniques
• Develop and implement Individualized Care Plans with youth
• Lead and coach support staff in trauma-informed care
• Maintain accurate case management documentation and communication
Requirements:
• Degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with marginalized youth
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Trauma Informed Care
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle, insurance proof
• Solid crisis intervention skills and de-escalation techniques
