Glen Group is seeking a proactive Dispatcher/Operations Coordinator to join our Richmond team. You will dispatch and coordinate TCPs, LCTs, supervisors, and crews across multiple job sites, while adapting quickly to last-minute changes to keep projects on track.
Based in Richmond, BC, this role requires strong organization, explicit communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Evening and weekend availability may be required with an annual salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus benefits.
