CareRx is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant L2 to assist in daily pharmacy tasks. You will enter prescriptions, process refills, and ensure orders are delivered on time. With your strong customer service skills, you'll support nurses and ensure compliance with pharmacy standards while fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter new prescriptions using Kroll Pharmacy software
• Process refill prescriptions with accuracy
• Respond to phone inquiries from nursing staff
• Conduct third-party billing adjudications
• Ensure timely delivery of prescription labels
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant preferred
• Proficient in Kroll and related pharmacy systems
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
