Quality check with guests within two minutes or two bites of food delivery.
Verify order accuracy and BAR145° quality.
Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Pre-bus tables and be a team player.
Prepare and present final bill to the guest.
Accept payment and process bill through the point-of-sale system.
Complete opening, closing,



and side duties if applicable.
Thank every single guest for their visit.
Provide goodbyes as big and enthusiastic as your hellos.
Do what it takes to turn every guest into a repeat Guest.
Requirements High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
Must have a courteous, friendly and skilled demeanor
Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
