We are looking for culinary professionals who are ready to bring their experience, consistency, professionalism and teamwork to Canadian kitchen environments.
Ideal candidates should have: Previous professional experience as a Cook or in a related culinary position
Experience with food preparation and cooking in a commercial kitchen
Knowledge of recipes, portion control and kitchen procedures
Understanding of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good organization and attention to detail
Professional attitude and willingness to adapt to Canadian workplace standards
Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays when required




Depending on the employer and position, responsibilities may include: Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes
Completing mise en place and daily food preparation
Managing portions and maintaining consistency
Assisting with plating and food presentation
Following food safety and sanitation procedures
Properly storing, labeling and rotating ingredients
Maintaining a clean, organized and safe workstation
Supporting chefs and other kitchen team members
Helping maintain smooth kitchen operations during high-volume service
