As a Swim Coach, you will lead participants in skill building while implementing CAN's autism-informed curriculum. Successful candidates will also train Support Workers, promote teamwork, and assess participants' swimming skills. Through in-depth mentorship and small class sizes, this position offers a supportive framework to enhance coaching effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create structured lesson plans tailored to participant needs
• Utilize autism-informed methods for effective engagement
• Support the onboarding and guidance of Support Workers




• Ensure smooth operation and timing of sessions
• Assess and report on individual swimming skills

Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience in coaching youth sports
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification
• Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification required
• Comfortable in all pool depths
• Explicit criminal record check is necessary
