Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with managers on recruitment and selection strategies
• Support performance management and annual review processes
• Act as an employee advocate within leadership




• Administer and oversee compensation and perks programs
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and HR policies

Requirements:
• Minimum six years of HR experience, three in an HRBP role
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and analytical thinking
• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
