WHAT YOU WILL DO: Lead assigned clinical programs and support high-quality resident care.
Partner with the Director of Care, care teams, residents, and families.
Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
Drive quality improvement and support a safe care environment.
Coach, mentor, and develop your team.
Build positive relationships with community partners and promote Extendicare's values.




WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Current registration/licensing as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the applicable provincial regulatory body.
At least 3 years of clinical experience in long-term care.
CPR certification required.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
Robust leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Solid clinical knowledge and a commitment to high-quality resident care.
Experience with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
