Focus Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support small- to medium-sized cybersecurity projects.

Contract: October 5, 2026, to October 31, 2028

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will support the delivery of small- to medium-sized cybersecurity projects through a combination of project management, project administration, and business analysis duties.

The successful candidate will bring a strong IT background and work with the program team and project stakeholders across planning, execution, scope, risk, cost, time, procurement, quality, communications, stakeholder engagement, requirements management, business process modelling, test planning, traceability, and workshop facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform project management and business analysis duties for assigned small- to medium-sized Cybersecurity projects

Support project requests, project planning, integration management, and project execution

Manage and support scope, risk, cost, schedule,



procurement, quality, human resources, communications, and stakeholder activities

Elicit, analyze, document, manage, and communicate business and solution requirements

Develop and support business process models

Support test planning and maintain traceability between requirements, solution outputs, and test activities

Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business, technical, and project stakeholders

Oversee and complete the full range of business analysis tasks for assigned projects

Complete other tasks assigned by the Program Team

Required Skills & Experience

Senior-leve experience in business analysis and project administration

Demonstrated ability to perform both project management and business analysis duties

Solid IT background and an understanding of technology delivery environments

Experience managing requirements, stakeholders, risks, scope, schedules, and project communications

Strong facilitation, analysis, documentation, and communication skills

Ability to work on-site in Regina, Saskatchewan, for the duration of the engagement

Experience working in IT, operational technology, or security environments

Experience supporting security and infrastructure projects

Relevant training or certification in PRINCE2, ITIL, PROSCI, Business Process Mapping, CBPAP, or PMI-BA
