In this full time position, you will support the Fraud Contact Centre by analyzing client transactions and identifying potential fraud. Your strong analytical skills will help you navigate complex situations while mitigating losses and maintaining client privacy. You'll perform your duties from home and may occasionally need to come to the office, adhering to the Agent@Home program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
