We are expanding our team in Glencoe and Thamesville to find a dependable Maintenance Technician. This role involves repairing and maintaining plant equipment, collaborating closely with the Maintenance Lead Hand and Production teams. You'll perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and support installations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair plant machinery to enhance production uptime
• Conduct preventive maintenance and follow inspection schedules
• Use tools, including welding equipment and gauges, effectively




• Assist in installation and testing of new equipment
• Document maintenance activities accurately in Fiix system

Requirements:
• Background in industrial maintenance or related skilled trades
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and tools
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems
• Positive communication and organizational skills
