Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-centered nursing services and care

Requirements:
• Accredited nursing education program completed
• Registration eligibility with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Current BCLS-HCP certification required
• 2+ years of Home Care or Continuing Care experience
• Experience in Acute Care considered an asset
