Join West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. as a Millwright, focusing on maintaining the Madsen Gold Mine in Northwestern Ontario. This position supports safety, efficiency, and operational excellence through hands-on maintenance tasks.

As a Millwright, you will work on a 14-on / 14-off rotational schedule, alternating between day and night shifts. Your role involves executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices while adhering to stringent safety protocols. You will be integral to improving the effectiveness of operations within the mine setting, fostering a culture of safety and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow all safety guidelines and site practices
• Read and interpret blueprints and process specifications
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in the Mill




• Participate in maintenance shutdowns and improvement initiatives
• Carry out maintenance activities safely and efficiently

Requirements:
• Certified Journeyperson-Millwright with Red Seal certification
• Minimum three years’ experience in ore processing environments
• Strong physical ability to lift, carry, and push 100 lbs
• Proven skills in effective communication and teamwork
• Willing to complete background checks and drug tests
