HUB is seeking an Auto Retention Associate to join our team. This role requires a minimum of one year in auto insurance, strong conversational skills, and a Level 1 Insurance License. You'll provide clients with a variety of auto insurance services while upselling and cross-selling products to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on auto insurance options and services
• Document client interactions to ensure service quality
• Conduct outbound calls to boost client retention
• Manage a high volume of inbound service calls
• Process payments while adhering to company policies
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of auto insurance experience
• Level 1 Insurance License required
• Solid conversation skills with attention to detail
• Call center or customer service experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
