Sodexo Live! is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for the Convention Centre in St. John's, NFLD. The role reports to the Executive Chef and supports kitchen operations, staff supervision, and the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
You will train staff, manage inventory, uphold food safety standards, and ensure consistent quality and elegant plating, while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Irregular hours include nights, weekends and holidays.
