Pacer Group is seeking a Windows Administrator to deliver essential IT support primarily at their Distribution and Fulfillment Centers. This role involves addressing issues related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and various IT devices. Additionally, you will assist with installations, configurations, and monitoring data center operations, ensuring smooth technology deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1/L2 technical support for IT systems
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 issues
• Support network connectivity and VDI environments




• Install and deploy technology systems
• Monitor data center alarms and coordinate with vendors

Requirements:
• Robust knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and IT troubleshooting
• Familiarity with network and Wi-Fi support
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
• Contract available for 6-12 months
