In this position, you will coordinate daily HR operations, support training initiatives, and manage attendance and performance metrics. The role is crucial in facilitating smooth HR processes while collaborating with supervisors and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment processes for multiple positions
• Coordinate onboarding and training activities for recent hires
• Support supervisors with attendance management and performance issues




• Respond to employee inquiries and conflict resolution
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and prepare workforce analytics

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, especially Dayforce
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
