candorecruitment is seeking an experienced cook for The Curious Cafe in Kelowna. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes per cafe standards approved by the manager on duty.
Manage portion sizes, estimate food needs, check inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Inspect kitchen and food service areas, set up and breakdown of the kitchen, clean the work area, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
