In this vital role, you'll report to the Maintenance Planning General Supervisor and play a key part in the Maintenance Department. The position emphasizes implementing maintenance processes effectively, conducting root cause analysis, and leading the development of Key Performance Indicators. You'll collaborate across teams to enhance reliability and support production and maintenance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure application of maintenance processes organization-wide
• Conduct root cause analysis to minimize losses




• Oversee key performance indicators for maintenance processes
• Collaborate on budget and life-of-mine processes
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance

Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering Technology Degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in reliability roles
• Experience in process reengineering and mapping
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably as a Reliability Engineer
• Mining experience is an asset
