Job Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu or specials.
Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and accurately.
Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by checking on their satisfaction throughout the meal.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
Clear and clean tables between guests.
Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, special promotions, and restaurant policies.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area.




Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid multitasking abilities in a quick-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry heavy trays.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $18.25 per hour
