The Ottawa Senators are seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver frontline desktop support for internal stakeholders and help enhance IT processes. You will troubleshoot O365, AD, Exchange, and security issues while maintaining documentation and policies.
You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with Hockey Operations and Business Operations, and support critical game-day systems beyond standard hours as needed.
