Join Mountain Lake Seniors Community as a Maintenance Worker, dedicating your skills to enhance the living setting for seniors. Ensure safety and maintenance in this part-time role.
As a Maintenance Worker, you'll support building upkeep under the guidance of the Site Leader and Maintenance Supervisor. You will execute work orders, perform routine and emergency maintenance, and ensure that building codes and safety standards are met. This role includes ensuring timely winter snow and ice removal, along with responsibilities for the grounds and building envelope.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine checks and document findings
• Maintain safety and operability of the building
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks
• Clear ice and snow from main access areas
• Communicate effectively with the team and residents
Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of building and fire codes
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
