As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with leadership to align recruitment initiatives with business objectives. This includes overseeing a dedicated team to enhance operations, improve candidate experiences, and implement creative sourcing strategies. Your role will also involve using data-driven insights to refine processes and foster collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive recruitment initiatives in partnership with TA leadership
• Assess and improve current programs to meet organizational goals




• Enhance candidate experience and recruiter efficiency
• Utilize data metrics to identify and prioritize recruitment gaps
• Support innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• 7+ years of recruitment experience, 5+ in senior roles
• Strong project management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
• Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
