What you will do:

Play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of CCG Travel Expos and consumer events.

Gather Travel Partner limited time offers monthly and work with Travel Marketing to have them posted to CCG websites.

Responsible for Daily News content submission and weekly Manitoba travel updates.

Assist with the management of Travel Product content on myCCG, including document updates, uploads and page content updates.

Development of supplier sales incentive material, incentive launches and internal communications and progress tracking.

Documentation collaborative travel partner activities and provide monthly summary to manager.





Liaise with Travel Partners for purpose of report gathering, invoice payments and minor service escalations.

Assist manager with supplier contact and business document administration.

Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are:

Post Secondary Degree or Diploma, Travel and Tourism preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 3 years travel product management or supplier relations management experience

TICO certified or willing to complete

Previous Travel Retail an/or travel industry customer service experience is an asset

Working knowledge of GDS systems, Travel CRM’s and travel industry accounting practices is an asset

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Familiarity with CAA supplier travel resources (including online supplier booking engines and promotions applications) and understanding of the benefits of CAA products & services would is an asset
