Family Transition Place is seeking a Support Within Housing Counsellor to coordinate a program for women with housing needs and mental health supports. You will screen, orient, discharge, and refer residents, while providing crisis intervention and individual advocacy in a compassionate team setting.
You will collaborate with SHIP staff, support daily living activities, and help residents achieve personal and career goals, contributing to a safe and stable housing workplace.
