Orleans Toyota is seeking a Full-Time Sales Consultant to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:
Guide customers through an exceptional vehicle-buying experience from initial consultation to delivery.

Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle and features.

Lead vehicle demonstrations and test drives while providing knowledgeable product information.

Assist customers with trade-in evaluations and explain financing and purchase options.

Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and confidence.

Coordinate seamless vehicle deliveries and provide timely post-sale follow-up.

Foster long-term customer loyalty through outstanding service and ongoing communication.

Maintain expert knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, and dealership offerings to deliver an informative and engaging customer experience.
