Support financial operations as an Accounts Receivable Specialist with Third Space Properties. Handle tenant accounting and ensure accurate records in a vibrant, detail-oriented role.

In this role, you'll be crucial for daily accounts receivable functions for both commercial and residential portfolios. Your expertise will be needed in recording receipts, managing PAD payments, and conducting tenant chargebacks. Key skills include strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting systems as you contribute to maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Record tenant receipts swiftly and accurately
• Manage and monitor PAD payments effectively
• Create and post rent rolls using Yardi Voyager 7S




• Process chargebacks and rent increases diligently
• Reconcile receipts and handle discrepancies promptly

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in an accounting role
• Experience in residential property management preferred
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
