Procom is seeking a Money Market Settlement & Confirmation Officer for a 12-month contract with a major banking client in Toronto. You will manage trade processing, exception management, and discrepancy resolution while delivering top-notch customer service. The position requires a strong banking operations background with focus on settlements and clearing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and confirm money market transactions for accuracy
• Manage settlements and clearing processes promptly




• Resolve discrepancies with internal and external parties
• Maintain detailed records for audit purposes
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:
• Ability to work bi-weekly shifts: 9:00-5:30 and 10:30-7 EST
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• 2-3 years in back office banking settlements
• Solid multitasking and communication skills
• Fluent in English
