About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our jewellery store team. This is a outstanding chance for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and is interested in learning more about the jewellery industry.

The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming shopping experience
Assist customers with selecting jewellery and answering basic product questions
Support sales transactions and help achieve store sales goals
Learn about jewellery, gemstones, metals, styles, and proper product care
Keep jewellery displays neat, organized, and visually appealing
Assist with light cleaning and general upkeep of the store
Organize inventory, displays, packaging, and other store materials
Help with receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise
Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting retail workplace




Support other day-to-day tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and organization
Willingness to learn about jewellery and the retail industry
Positive attitude and professional presentation
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
