Full-Time Sales Associate & Shipping/Order Fulfillment

The Flag Shop is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Full time Sales Associate to join our team.

This is a hands-on position that combines retail sales, customer service, and shipping/order fulfillment. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable balancing customer service with preparing and shipping orders.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
Assist customers with product selection and purchases
Answer customer questions in person and by phone
Process sales and customer orders accurately
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
Create shipping labels and ensure orders are packaged correctly
Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise
Restock and maintain product displays
Help maintain accurate and organized inventory
Keep the retail and shipping areas clean and organized
Assist with other day-to-day store duties as required

Qualifications




Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning point-of-sale and shipping systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling packages associated with shipping orders
Previous retail, customer service, sales, warehouse, or shipping experience is an asset
