What You’ll Do
Plan and organize daily trips for drivers and vehicles
Assign loads and deliveries based on schedules, locations, and driver availability
Monitor delivery progress and ensure pickups and drop‑offs happen on time
Track vehicles using GPS and dispatch systems
Communicate route details, delays, or changes to drivers
Troubleshoot issues such as traffic, breakdowns, or unexpected delays
Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and delivery times
Coordinate with customers to confirm delivery requirements
Work closely with warehouses and internal departments
Adjust plans quickly when priorities shift
Identify prospects to improve routes, reduce fuel use, and increase efficiency
Support and promote a robust Health & Safety–first culture

Qualifications
Must have experience in Dispatching.

Pay: $18.10-$25.00 per hour

Experience:
Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
