Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our client's manufacturing team! The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with tools and equipment, and a strong work ethic. This position offers an chance to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations in a fast-paced setting while developing valuable skills in warehouse management and assembly processes.

Duties
Prepare vehicles for production by washing, masking, cleaning, inspecting, and staging them.
Install accessories, decals, trim, and other vehicle components using hand and power tools.
Assist with bedliner production and other production line tasks as needed.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
Report any quality issues or damaged materials.
Move vehicles and materials throughout the facility.
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Support different departments and assist with other production tasks as required.

Qualifications




Prior warehouse experience or background in manufacturing, assembly, automotive or production environments preferred
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to learn multiple production processes and adapt to changing operational requirements.
Must possess and maintain a valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence

Hours of Work
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
HDSP

Pay: $21.35 per hour
