Advanced Care Paramedics (ACPs) lead shifts within their scope of practice, collaborating closely with Primary Care Paramedics (PCPs) during emergency situations. You will be accountable for maintaining equipment readiness and ensuring patient safety, all while adhering to provincial and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver optimal patient care in compliance with Alberta standards
• Safely operate and maintain emergency vehicles




• Document patient assessments promptly and accurately
• Participate in community health education and public awareness programs
• Uphold patient confidentiality and qualified conduct

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Alberta Operators License (class 1, 2, or 4)
• Current registration with the Alberta College of Paramedics
• Completion of Alberta Health Services MCP’s
• Maintain CPR and FARE certifications
