Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a Registered Nurse (N2) for the Central Relief Team at Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg. The role supports patients with complex health needs and requires CRNM registration and an approved RN education program.
The RN will lead clinical care, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Shifts include days, nights and weekends with in-person work and a 1.00 FTE.
