We are seeking a Azure Support Engineer with Spanish Speaking Exp to provide technical support and troubleshoot customer-reported issues in Spanish. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and a foundational understanding of cloud computing and Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and resolve customer-reported issues in Spanish .
Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English , verbally and in writing.
Troubleshoot technical issues using strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and provide appropriate resolutions or workarounds.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Support customers across cloud and on-premises environments.
Develop an understanding of Microsoft Azure services, cloud concepts, and deployment models .
Maintain transparent and accurate documentation of customer issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Work from the office regularly based on business requirements.
