Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients for physical therapy and document progress

• Fabricate adaptive equipment or splints as needed
• Supervise care provided by students and assistants
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• State of Ohio licensure in physical therapy
• CPR certification within 60 days post-hire
• One year experience in pediatrics preferred
• Valid Ohio driver's license and insurance
