Accreditation Canada is seeking assessors experienced in nursing, physiotherapy, or medicine for its Integrated Community Health Services Centres (ICHSC) Quality Assurance Program. As an assessor, you'll conduct onsite evaluations of medical facilities, ensuring their compliance with high-quality standards. This role provides flexible engagement with a commitment of at least two inspections annually and includes opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in office assessments of community medical centres
• Review clinical documentation and perform staff interviews




• Prepare detailed reports based on findings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for better patient outcomes
• Identify improvement areas for compliance with standards

Requirements:
• Valid professional license in nursing, physiotherapy, or medicine
• Recent clinical experience in one or more specialized areas
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency with report preparation software
• Positive interpersonal skills and adaptability
